Usage Insights in Lumen now brings together usage data for Wisdom, the generic AI copilot, and any custom copilots you've built in Wisdom Agent Studio, all inside a single Wisdom Usage view.

Previously, usage across Wisdom and your custom copilots wasn't unified, making it harder to track conversation consumption and manage your monthly quota. With this update, you can see total usage, or break it out by product, by user, and by specific agent, so you always know where your questions are going and can plan capacity ahead of time.

• Filter by product: Switch between Total, Wisdom, and Wisdom Agent Studio to focus your view.

• Track usage by user: Spot your top question askers and understand adoption across your team.

How it Works

Viewing your Wisdom usage is simple, there is nothing to set up or turn on. From Usage Insights, you can see exactly how your organization is using Wisdom and any custom copilots.

• Open Usage Insights: Go to Settings, then Account Settings, then Usage Insights.

• Select Wisdom Usage: Choose the Wisdom Usage category from the Usage Insights landing page.

• Review the Agent Usage screen: See questions asked this month, used versus unused questions, usage by user, and usage by copilot.

With unified usage tracking, you can manage your Wisdom quota with confidence, helping your team stay productive without running into unexpected limits.
